Lunch at the World's First Michelin Starred Food Stand
Yep, a hawker stand specializing in Soya Hong Kong Chicken with noodles. They moved into these larger quarters across the street soon after getting their star, but the atmosphere is still food stall. Packed as you can imagine and you place your order at a counter, and watch for your number to pop up so you can get your tray. When you sit down, you are just grabbing any seats that open up which means you sit down in front of the last diner's dirty dishes chopsticks and sometimes toothpicks. Someone soon comes by with a trolley to scrape the plates and bus the table.
