Roadside Jamon Crudo

The New York Times just had a 36 Hours in Mendoza article and mentioned this guy who parked on the side of the highway and sliced off huge sandwiches with just bread, olive oil with garlic and oregano, and ridiculous amounts of cured ham. So we stopped there on our way to lunch. Cause we had to. Our hotel arranged our next vineyard lunch and it is a huge asado meatfest. Pics to follow but we knew it was trouble as we walked up to see three goats on the coals.
