Another Michelin Star Restaurant in Singapore

Tai Hwa Noodle Pork.  Served on plastic everything, from another food stall that has been operating since about 1932. They got their star in 2016. Their specialty is pork (sliced, ground, meatballs, and liver slices, with noodles freshly made and cooked). Secret sauce is a black vinegar with chili paste. It was good, but not too comforting when you see they got a B rating on health from the government. Not surprising, considering the chef takes your money and gives change while cooking without missing a beat. Eeew. They were working fast and slavishly in the kitchen, yet arriving at 11 am we still had to wait well over an hour as they cook each batch of noodles one by one and there are only three people in the kitchen. Kitchen was only about 8x10 and it was HOT. Can't imagine doing that from 9 until 9 which is about what they do.  And the line never subsided ...
