When you get to Viet Nam consider taking advantage of the cheap health care there. You both seem to be suffering from IJS (Inappropriate Jumping Syndrome) which is a serious condition and a threat to your health.
Ha Ha - I will actually do my medical tourism in Thailand. And I'll post on it again - I did it 5 years ago - got a full physical for about $300 and it was like a trip to the Ritz Carlton.
