Sam-Ginseng
Gye-Chicken
Tang-Soup
You can get white chicken or the black silky chicken (black skin, black bones, and sort of gray flesh but tastes just like chicken!) It's stuffed with glutinous rice, ginseng, jujube, chestnut, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, ginko and other ingredients.
The silky chicken actually was first documented by Marco Polo who described it as "furry". Look at a picture of one! Quite the delicacy around here.
We also had the traditional Korean seafood and green onion pancake, Haemul Pajeon. Delicious.
You dine sitting on the floor, and pouring each other beer and soju (rice wine).
