Or whatever else lurks in these delicious bowls. Tonight we had Bun Bo Hue at a place called Bun Bo Nam Bo in Hanoi. Delicious meal for about 6$ for both of us, including a beer. This is really the best in street food. Thankfully we didn't see the kitchen operations until we were done eating.
